Self-Paced Training:

This is the custom training pace. It is one of the best training paces when applied for self training.
Tarakeeb offers trainees self-paced training accompanied by 2 or 3 times trainer mentoring throughout the course.
Tarakeeb library offers a lot of resources enough for you to get trained on a single topic. However in the self-paced model you get the trainer collecting materials for you and guiding you in them to do your self-paced training in the times that fit you. You can return back to him later through the course in defined sessions of rquestions and critical clarifications if required.

Extended Training:

This pace is the normal technical training pace in Egypt, it is highly favourable since it fits training after working hours.
It used to flow in 2-hours sessions 2 or 3 times a week.
One of Tarakeeb success stories is that we managed to change this to be 3-hours sessions 3 times aweek. A lot of training centers now offer this model in this flow pattern.
We don’t recommend this model to our trainees since we believe accurate technical training should have enough time in a single session. However, we still offer it because it is the only possible pace for some trainees and even for scheduling some courses where the trainers are not available in full-time schedule, and that is the only possible time-slot for them.

Semi-Intensive Training:

This pace is just like the Intensive. However, again to fit the egyptian market needs where the trainees cannot take training during working hours, we made it.
Trainees usually go for the evening time-schedules. But, since it is after working hours it is mostly overwhelming for them to do a full day or even a half day training after work. So based on trainees recommendations and feedbacks we made this model that makes intensive training 3 days aweek instead of everyday.
It is highly favourable then by trainees who need quick training and still be prime time.

  • Trainees who need to get quick training and still after working hours and in a more extended fashion.

Intensive Training:

This pace is the normal training pace worldwide. However, in egypt it used to be unsuitable for the majority since people here used to get trained out of working hours.
Only soft skills training centers do offer this pace of training all the time. Technical training centers used to do this rarely and only for one-to-one models that usually happened as well with foreigner trainees.
Tarakeeb started applying this model in the beginning of 2009, and was such a success that made the model the most popular for our trainees.
Lots of trainees fear the idea. However, trainees give a try after long convincing sessions and they are always happy with the experience and like to repeat it in their forth comming training.

When someone is restricted in time need to get trained for updating himself or for a new know-how facing him or whatever reason else, he needs a special training pace then that can fit his his schedule.

When someone is freeing himself for the sake of gaining new skills that is required for his career, he needs to consume his full schedule in training, thus he needs a special training pace as well.

When some one is switching career, while still earning his livings from another career, he needs training a bit by bit and needs the urge of the training schedule to force him accomplish every single curriculum detail. He needs a special training pace as well.

So different people have different learning capabilities and different training needs. Tarakeeb offers differrent training speed levels to fit your capabilities, schedules and available chances

 

Tarakeeb training paces covers nearly every schedule possibility. Our paces range between intensive and extended training paces, and even custom self-paced training forms.

Training is held all the day long to fit all the different scheduling possibilities of the trainees.

Starting from 10:00 am till 11:00 pm. We are serving that in everyday patterns, 3 days aweek patterns or even a mixture of that when required by one-to-one trainee or by a full group altogether.

Intensive training is the main pace we offer and is the most condensed in terms of schedule.
Semi-Intensive training is a little bit more extended as it flows 3 times aweek but in long sessions just like the intensive pace.
Extended is the slow training pace, it flows 3 times aweek in 3-hours asession. It is the model used by all egyptian training centers and still used by us.
Self-Paced training is a custom paced training, opening the options infront of your needs to customize your training pace and schedule.
